I can’t believe the weekend is here already. I was a day off all week. Tuesday was Wednesday, Wednesday was Thursday…you get it. Now that it is Friday, I’ve finally straightened my brain out and realized what day it actually is.
Last month I put together a list of 16 Healthy Summer Produce Recipes for the Diet-to-Go blog. There are some delicious foods to try while summer produce is still at its peak.
I suggest making the Peach and Blue Cheese Salad, Edamame Succotash and Raspberry-Orange Sunrises. Those are my favorites from this list. My new house is only three blocks from downtown, where every Thursday there is a large farmer’s market. This sets me up for the perfect opportunity to buy fresh food without excuses.
