Monday’s Motivation – Thanksgiving Edition

Yes, this is the holiday centered around eating. Do you have to stuff your face until you hit a food coma in order to enjoy the food that you or a loved one cooked? Nope. You’ll be just as satisfied with smaller portions at your meal. If you really didn’t get enough, then go back for a second small portion.

Sure, I say this now, but in the heat of the moment it can be crazy difficult to remember. That is my goal for this year. Small portions of all of the things so I don’t hate myself after I eat.
