My Reemergence

My four followers may have noticed that I have been MIA for a few weeks.

I had a small medical issue that had a horrible effect on my body, mentally and physically.

With my mind preoccupied elsewhere, I decided to take a mini blog vacation.
This coincided with a running vacation.

My schedule had gotten to the point where I was stressed about running and writing way too much. Stress means that I needed to decompress with these things in mind. Essentially, I needed a break so I could focus on what was happening regarding my health.

I am on the mend and my passion for both has returned and all I can say is, I’m back. (finally)
I’m ready to make gains in the gym, ready to run all the miles, and ready to write like a mother fucker.

    I found that visiting a float spa once or twice a month really helps with my mental health. Between work, kids, and everything else I was getting stressed out and my overall quality of life was suffering. Having a little me time with no distractions helps me keep things in perspective. I think of it as a massage for my brain. We have theses ( in Columbus. I bet there’s something similar in Toledo.
