Dr. Mercola Complete Probiotics Review & Giveaway

For the past year, I have taken probiotics every morning with my other meds. I had a few small, insignificant but recurring health issues. My doctor suggested I try probiotics and naturally I was the typical naysayer. Seeing certain ads on tv left me to question them.

But, with the health issues being stupid annoying, I gave it a go for a month. I hated to admit it, but the stupid issues went away. I have taken probiotics every day for just over a year and I haven’t been sick at all since then. I probably just jinxed myself, of course, but it’s a fact. Not sick at all.

When Dr. Mercola asked me to sample their Complete Probiotics I was excited to try a new brand to see how I liked it.
Complete Probiotics contains 10 strains of good bacteria, with the most significant strain Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, which has been proven to easily adapt to your gut due to its human origin. It provides 70 to 90 billion colony forming units (CFUs) of probiotics per serving. High-quality probiotics support a healthy gut and can help in food digestion, especially for people with sensitive stomachs. It also strengthens the immune system, improves calcium absorption and B vitamins synthesis, as well as supports the reproductive health of women.

Complete Probiotics provided the same results that I am used to in a probiotic. The 10 strains of bacteria, including Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus brevis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Streptococcus thermophiles, have helped to keep me as healthy as I have been the past year.
